Update - Tradify web app currently impacted by Microsoft Azure Cloud global outage

We are continuing to monitor the fix that has been applied to Azure. Our internal monitoring and alerts show the Tradify systems as stable and healthy at present.

Microsoft has indicated they expect recovery to happen by 23:20 UTC on 29 October 2025

Monitoring - Xero webhooks are up and running again.

Identified - Due to an issue with a global third party infrastructure provider our phone lines are currently unavailable, please contact us via email for anything urgent.

The same outage appears to be impacting xero and updates made in Xero are not currently synchronizing back to Tradify.

We are monitoring the situation and your invoices should synchronize once Xero is back up and running.
